Just how stubborn are you?

Needless to say shes treading on eggshells around me which is good as I've had a lot of **** from her and im now lording it up because i know she's on an improvement plan that was set by the section head so if she's stepping out of line with me im intentionally turning the screw to let her do herself in.

She shouldnt even have the job she's entirely useless and hasn't a sodding clue

When you've destroyed her life, will you be happy?

Telescopi if you had any idea how she has treated me and behaved with me and others in our team you will understand why not a single person in her team likes or tolerates her now. She's bullied 1 person out the department for example and shes a cold heartless b***h who hasn't got a clue what shes doing.

Im not being too harsh and she deserves no sympathy

Her deserving it won't make you feel any better when it happens, just saying. You probably don't want to be making yourself responsible for anything like that, especially as it sounds like it will happen anyway.

I know it sounds harsh Telescopi but it really wouldn't effect me in the slightest. its entirely her own doing so no-one will or should feel bad about it.

My Father-in-Law does the 'no speak' thing with his wife, sometimes for weeks at a time.
I refuse to act in that way because I think he's being pathetic.

I've noticed I'm more willing to admit I'm wrong now I'm older, perhaps it matters less to me?
