Dat hotspot.

HALP cant get rid :(
Before giving up, stop what you're doing and call it a night.
Get yourself down to a hardware store and buy a packet of 2.5mm stainless steel washers and either a 2mm or 2.5mm drill bit (whichever fits best in the wick hole) .
Remove 2 of the nuts on the AGA-T2 positive post and place a washer on the post. Screw down one of the nuts on top, save the other as a spare.
Remove your wick, coil your Kanthal around the top of the drill bit (the end without cutting thread) 4/5 turns is good. Stand the drill bit in the wick hole and connect the end to the negative screw and the other end over the top of the washer and trap under the nut, fairly tightly but you want to be able to slide the drill bit carefully out of the coil.
Pulse it gently and I'll pretty much guarantee you won't have a hot spot!
Roll your existing wick a little tighter, so you can slide it carefully through the coil into the wick hole. Provided the coil is just touching, lightly around the wick, another pulse should be perfick...

Juice up and enjoy!

same site :p http://www.liberty-flights.co.uk/product.asp?id=6
its usually the bottom one of each flavour that is 0% nic
but as estebanrey said, it will be MUCH cheaper to make your own, as nicotine is the dearest part of the juice.
persoanlly i would get some samples, find what u like, then make it yourself, u could make 10ml of juice for about 60p lol

going to get a starter kit and some samples :)

How do you make your own?
Were do you get the supplies etc

60p/10ml is awesome really

its ok isnt it, :)
can u add sections for the pg/vg ratio?
but tbh i have most of my diy recipes save on ejuicemeup and have a template created as well, so i am good to go.
but it was a bit daunting at first, and for a new mixer yours is much easier to understand

Personally I usually go with...

10% Flavour
5% PG

Then the rest is based on your nic level then VG for the rest.

20mm kanthal mesh bud. I just was rushing things and used a lighter and didnt do it well i had it working for a mo and it was okay but i still gotta try again and do it PROPERLY with right stuff.

gp spheroid is tool free to put together and if i can do it anyone can, i would recommend it to anyone who wants to step up to rebuildables, its a tool free hands only superb atomizer. grants custard has really tasted amazing, and sera wool is so cheap

It's certainly on my list - along with the Kayfun Lite, and a few others... I may pick up a cheap Dream and use my old Novas to 'oid it, if only to try the delivery method.

I bought my washers (packet of 50!) & drill bit from a little hardware store called C. P Fastenings, as I wasn't sure the bigger places would have them so small. I imagine you'd have better luck in Maplins (or B&Q) than Halfords.

If you can't find any washers, trust me your address and I'll post you a couple :)

Did you, at any point, wet the wick with ejuice and set light to it?
I pretty much don't bother oxidising the wick mesh before rolling, just heat it to red with a windproof lighter and prime with juice and burn, holding it over a non flammable area (small stone baking tray is ideal) using some pliers, a couple of times. Then snip the tank end off at 45 degree angle, before inserting into the coil.
The washer (M2.5) in place:

Hey bro, I wet the wick and light it with e juice and everything. The whole quenching thing, i watched it on youtube am i doing t hat wrong you think.

Probably not. I had all these problems when I first started (still do sometimes!). I presume you're already using the peter k method, so just pulse, and if you get a short/hotspot, twist the wick a little bit and try again. This seems to work for me.
