LOL yes the problem being is that my provari is sat on my desk and i can see that dark lovely liquid sat there in my protank wanting to be vaped

Now the problem is im getting a bit flustered because i need my nicotine hit and i really really dont want to pop out to buy a pack of cigs as ive more or less stopped smoking cigs now :/.

Must...resist....temptation.

Would have been good if my order for the extended battery cover and extended batteries had come yesterday as im finding the 18350 batteries not lasting long enough for my vaping habits. Knowing my luck they will be sat at home behind my front door

Does the shop sell any NRT? Maybe gum or a lozenge or something will keep the pangs at bay. It's only 3 and a bit hours though; I'm sure you'll manage without!!

Do you get those pangs? i have not smoked for 4 months now and I quit cold turkey for a month before even vaping. Maybe thats why I dont crave anymore even when not vaping for a day?

I definitely get pangs. I don't feel the urge to have a cig anymore though, just feel the need for a vape. I've reduced my nic from 24 to 18 and plan to reduce it slowly over the next few months. I'm not under any illusion that I'm any less addicted to nicotine than I was when I was smoking!!

They do but sadly they are closed now.

Nevermind lol...im still here alive, mind you its a good test of my willpower to not give in and have a cig.

Thanks for the support everyone. I just need to make sure i carry a spare fully charged battery around with me now as i vape at 4.2volts now so its no wonder the battery doesnt last as long as it used when i vaped at 3.6volts.

Me neither haha, I am on 12 and reducing that as when I smoke it in my RBA it gives me to many head rushes as the nico delivery is a lot better. I was smoking 18 in Cartos which gave me an instant overdose in the RBA.

Do some work! I go a bit crazy when my battery dies or I run out of juice (you should have seen me when I started worrying 50ml wasn't enough for my week in Rome back in May!), so I feel your pain. I find getting stuck into something to take my mind off it helps. It's more the idea that I can't vape that is worse than the actual not vaping, so distract your brain. Go for a crafty fap in the bogs

Ahh only another 2 hrs and then im finished, got some work that needs to be done on one of our servers but i really cant be asked to do it...so methinks ill just go have a lie down for a couple of hrs. At least that way im asleep so my pangs wont bother me

I've heard of people putting a couple of drops of juice onto their skin. I don't know whether this works or if it's dangerous at juice nic levels so I cannot advocate it!
