Call of Duty: Black Ops II

O no, i'm crap at this game. What shall I do?!?!

Get my gay OP Remington out

I had one more game after you guys left with randoms, I went 66/10 but we still lost the match 100/72 not even close.

lol spawn killing?

Why not? Happens to me so often in this game that I don't even feel bad doing it. Blame Treyarch for being complete idiots and NOT putting in spawn protection against killstreaks. Or even for having a spawn system that spawns you outside under a killstreak as opposed to inside a building.

I might give this a go later. I feel like getting wound up :p

There is so much more to it than that though, I am on fibre and pulling host usually shafts me too but sometimes I find I am at such an advantage. What is different in those games I don't know but I like it when it happens :D

I'd definitely have 10 nuclears if I was on fibre :p

No you wouldn't because even with a lag advantage one of the following will still happen
- Half the enemy team will spawn directly behind you - you die
- A hip fired remington hits your toe - you die
- You get quick scoped 3 foot to your side - you die
- You walk into the path of a camping scrote - you die
- A lightening strike gets you in the middle of a building - you die
- A laggy foreigner is more compensated than you - you die

You get the idea :p

Me too.

:(

You can literally tell when you are host.

Who is your ISP? I am with Virgin and I do wonder whether some of the advantage I get is the amount of throttling they sometimes mixed with their crappy upload speeds (I get 60Mb down but only ~2-3Mb up) but I know BT Fibre is a lot more generous with their upload speeds.

I don't think it makes a blind bit of difference what internet you have when you play this game. When the match making is so poor it makes little difference.
I played earlier and there were 3 of us from the UK and the rest were from France, Italy, Germany and Austria. Whether you're on Fibre/ADSL/Dialup/Windup or whatever you're still gonna have a crap connection in a lobby like that.

What the series could really do with is a time trial like the CoD4 FNG, but instead it's for MP and if you can't hit the targets you're not allowed online. The amount of morons who've played this more then me yet still can't hit a target that's stood still is unbelievable, there was a guy on my team earlier who had an accuracy of 4% Just how the hell is he missing 96 out of every 100 bullets fired... Max prestige with 20 days played and he still can't aim.

BT Infinity. Like Biron says though the matchmaking is so broken it makes no difference. In a lobby with you Saturday night with Spanish and French people and it was swinging back and forward as to who got an advantage I turned it off, I was sick of it. Terrible terrible idea basing it on skill over location. I do not want to play with ****ing foreign people who get an advantage over me because of their location.

You know the game is taking the **** when you're shooting someone in the back with a vector only for them to turn around and 1 hit kill you with the worst shotgun in the game, which even gets hit markers in hardcore. It's been a good couple of years since I've seen that level of bull****, not since MW2 commando lunges around corners atleast.

Sucks for them that I was host :)

I'm assuming you mean the S12? By far the most inconsistent gun in the game. As you say it's bad in HC. You can get a hit marker even if it's a point blank shot.
