Sadly you may be right. Criminals have more right than their victims these days.
To think a person is so unbalanced they have to make up absolutely stupid comments about the ECHR & the kind of things they do.....I just hope he doesn't go to the European Court of Human right and go after the victim, saying she should have warned him, this is the crazy BS I have come to expect.
While good in theory, the average person is also as stupid as the average person & therefore what many call "common sense" is more often than not ignorance of greater complexity.European court of stupid decisions should be governed by a healthy dose of common sense.
I think anyone would struggle to have sympathy for him.
