I don't want to risk getting fined, unless they give you a verbal warning first?

Are you up for some laps on Thursday evening? Weekend is looking wet...

Got a link to the source for the Royal Parks vehicle definition stuff?

Its here.
It says:
“vehicle” means a mechanically propelled vehicle intended or adapted for use on a road.
Which is different from the highway code definition. It's ambiguous if bicycles are 'mechanically propelled' or not. I would say they are 'mechanically propelled' but not 'mechanically powered'. It's depends on the definition in law though.

Okay I am in a depression. The sun sets at 7:30pm next Monday. The time for evening rides is quickly running out.

Get some lights.

To be honest, right now is the worst time, because of the change in light. It's OK when it's bright, and it's OK when it's dark. It sucks now when it's half dark or the sun is setting and you can't see.

Need to get some bits for the bike, lights and pump.

Looking at a lezyne road drive medium, and the cateye TL-LD110 for my rear light.

Hopefully most/all riding at night/dusk will be on lit roads so is it worth spending to get a decent front light or should I just get something cheap to flash on the front? Any suggestions? Not after an expensive bright torch type front light.

edit: managed to find a Cateye EL530 and TL-LD1100 for £50 the pair, doubt I'm going to get better than that though the EL530 is probably more than I need from a front light

Going to order the Kinetic Road Machine im sure of it now

so to the people who do have one, what is it like?
can you sprint on it
ok for low and high cadences?
never used a training so I haven't a clue

Can't decide but I think the S3 may have to be my next bike, makes more sense than an R3 & an R5 and the Canyon is excellent value but not sure its really what I wan't.
