Because they guarantee Tuesday delivery
What can r* do if they do though. I think this restriction is crazy.
With 1st class delivery so surely would be dispatched on Monday the 16th?
Dispatch it on friday and there is a slight chance you could get it on Saturday?
Just wondering as I too have ordered from them!!

No they don't. It doesn't need to be dispatched on Friday to be with you on Tuesday either.
But they may feel the need to despatch it around then (or Saturday) to ensure customers receive on Tuesday.
If you chose first class which is free delivery still then they do guarantee it on tuesday, but it doesnt need to be dispatched on Friday though to get that

Amazon and shopto are going to send them out before the 16th, because they know how much fail our mail system is, in terms of getting stuff on time
The request to not ship anything till the 16th is absurd, even if every one was special delivery some would still end up being late, let alone first class packages!
Anyway we shall see...

I;ve got 2 versions coming, Standard edition from Gamestop and Limited edit from Game.

Not to be pedantic, but unless I'm mistaken there's no actual guarantee. The wording (as is standard) is that they dispatch it with the intention of it arriving on release day.

Can they not hand them over to Royal Fail on the Saturday and instruct them not to deliver until Tuesday?
