Fair enough, looks nice and similar to the Uzzi for the untrained eye, friend just brought an Uzzi but is taking an eternity to build it!
 
I see Martyn Ashton has been in the wars again :(

"As some of you may know, Martyn Ashton crashed heavily whilst performing on the Animal WD-40 Action Sports Tour at the Silverstone MotoGP. Martyn was looked after expertly by all at Silverstone and then air-lifted to Coventry. He is in typically good spirits, especially as he and his son managed to catch the overtake on the last corner by race winner, Jorge Lorenzo, on Marc Marquez in the amazing MotoGP race!

Martyn is expected to be moved to a specialist spinal centre very soon. He has asked us to thank everyone for their kind messages and we will keep you all posted on how things progress."

Just bought Easton Haven bars and stem from wiggle for £61.

Thought i'd share here in case anyone was looking for new bars or stem.
 
I think I'll be buying myself a proper DH bike next year.

On monday the SX is getting treated to:
FSA Comet crankset
Shimano SLX clutch rear mech
Shimano SLX front mech
Shimano SLX cassette
Hope pro 2's on Stans Flows
Spank Spike 777 bars.

Already fitted Hope tech M4's last Monday.
Then after all that the next step is getting it powder coated, the rear shock serviced and some 2013 Marzocchi 55r's

Full build. Black. R Tr build. Kashima Fox 32 130's Stealth reverb. LBS said they will swap any bits out that we don't want. I have a few ideas. :D

Quite a list there man! Probably want to get a new frame with it :p.

My friend with the same frame as you has now got an Intense Uzzi.

Damn all these people with new frames, love the way my bike rides but just want some new shiny shiny...
 
I might still get a new frame next year at some point, but when I started looking at frames I couldn't find any which I like as much as the SX, so decided just to stick with it. It's been perfect for me over the past 4 years.

Fair enough, think my pal was put off when he snapped a set of chainstays.
 
I've seen a few with snapped 'stays now. But I love the bike so much I was even looking at buying a second frame for a spare if I ever break mine.
 
He managed to get new stays for £100 straight from spesh if it ever happens to you. Fair enough though, really love my bike but I just want to try so much and the only way I get to do that is by purchasing it.
