They're not, though there are some screenshots that are far more representative of what they actual game will look like.

And day 1 sales to make it all back. I wonder whether we are going to see the fastest selling / biggest grossing game records be broken with the release. I think COD still holds the record but will be good to have a different game hold it.

I'm incredibly tempted to buy the game bundle with the last of us, gta v, breaking bad and a 500gb slim. I've wanted to play The Last of Us since release but didn't want to buy a console solely for that, now GTA V is nearly upon us I don't think I can wait for a next gen/PC release.

Yes, of course they are...as with any game pre-release. There are plenty of actual in-game shots though if you want to look at those, just watch the game play trailers.

offtopic, kind of (not directed at any one in particular):

this whole "graphics are ****" is getting boring, don't like it don't play simple really, while thousands are enjoying the best game created you're in your mummy's spare room complaining about how graphics are the be all and end all of a game, your loss go fiddle with your "superior" PC.

Hopefully the game will have more AA compared to GTA IV on consoles, but highly doubt it.
