What are the prices likely to be in the UK for two year contracts?

It's an iPhone event...

I'm on a 4S so this looks a great update. Contract up in January so I'm happy to just play with iOS7 until then.

Had me LOL a lot. Quite a good show from Apple this time round. I think the xC models are disgustingly horrible but thats me. The 5S looks quality if there is an API for TouchID - don't think I saw a mention of that.

I am firmly in the android camp now with my Find5 but its good to see some proper new hardware that will have Samsung getting their copying machines out for.

iPads will be announced next month like they were last year

iPad 4 was announced with the iphone 5 I think.

16GB Free on £40+

I was really hoping for NFC on top of this
Then it would have been a sure upgrade

I will be saving the money for the next iPad instead to replace my iPad 2

Why so many things to by all of a sudden?! PS4 iPad graphics card games! Its going to be an expensive quarter....

Not today it seems. I guess they'll have another event for the iPads in the near future. Macbook wise I'm sure they're updated them before (internally) without making it an event feature.

Apple UK store is back up and says the 5C can be preordered from the 13th, but the 5S can be purchased from September 20th. Doesn't sound like there is a preorder for the 5S then :confused:

Thinking about it, we have seen leaked iPad parts, but not to the extent of the phone, so it could well be a couple of months further behind.

I only watched this in case there was mention of a new Mini iPad. Not interested in a iPhone till it gets a bigger screen.

The Apple Store is up and now says you can order the iPhone 5S on the 20th. So I guess if you want one on release day, going to have to get in the queues. Unless mobile phone networks are going to allow pre-orders.
