To be fair it's almost certainly happening if you read between the lines.
It would be more money and business for R* but that's not a certain thing, although I do agree it will appear on next gen just not as soon as some of you think.
and when it does I think a lot of people will be disappointing, especially if they have already played it on this gen, as it's not going to change much.

Most of them are saying it's because the map is too small, it's kind of worrying how mentally damaged these people are.

Lolwhut...GameStop left me a voicemail saying they are "just organising the shipping out of my order for release date" and to make sure I have funds in my account.
Not sure why they needed to voicemail me when I had an email which was sufficient anyway on Monday...but oh well SOON BE TIME
EDIT: DAMNIT...forgot about my old debit card expiring at the end of August. No wonder they left a voicemail, need to get my new card in the mix

Apologies. I just assumed that it was already a formality. I will just keep my pre-order and enjoy the game!

Well being the biggest, most anticipated game of the decade I think they want everything to go as smooth as possible for them and their customers.
always worth double checking, plus lots of places are taking payments early so it's just extra to let you know I guess
Enjoy it, chances are it will hold it's trade-in value quite well so you wont loose to much if/when a next gen version comes for you.

Some people confuse me, they probably dont want it as it would take them too long to go around the map, and inbetween home work and school they wont manage it

Same here pretty much, you may as well just call in at a supermarket on Tuesday morning, that's what I'm doing/going to Game during the day.
