Explosive start from the Giants but Wigan have started to get a grip. This could be a very good game.

And a great kick from Richards to kick the penalty from the centre.

It's just drop-out after drop-out! Great game so far, Shudders making good use of the conditions with a fantastic kicking game from Brough.

IDD yeah, good game. What did you make of that effort by Green from the restart? Knocked it on but had a foot in touch and gets the advantage! O_o

IMO the ruling should credit good kickers rather than reward for an error.

To the letter of the law, it was the right decision, but it was a wobbly mistake!

I don't think Smith or Green have had great games so far, certainly not been as influential on the game as Brough.

Well played Wigan, I didn't really expect them to win after that explosive start from Huddersfield, but they just pulled away.

Yeah they turned it up, Hudds did start well. Now if we win vs the Wire on Saturday we get the club call... ugh. Should be another tight one tonight with Hull and Catalans finishing on the same amount of points. I'm going Hull by 6!

I'm made up with last night's game. The best Wigan have played for months. They did to Huddersfield what Leeds did to them last week.

This is the play off system at its worst. What reward have Huddersfield had for finishing first? One home game, in the pouring rain against a team with loads of play-off experience. I'm not writing them off - Wigan won it in 2010 in exactly the same circumstances - just doesn't seem right that's all.

I fancy Hull tonight, but see Leeds or Wire winning it

Yeah the system is completely flawed imo. Can Hudds and Wigan meet again in the semis if I've understood correctly?

Been all Catalans far tonight, some big collisions. I miss Webb.

Love to see Leeds win it obv.

The crowd there looks pretty pathetic and I'm not saying that as a biased Hull KR fan, there looks hardly anyone there and the atmosphere sounds dour at best.

Pretty bad stuff from Pellissier there. Totally unnecessary and if spotted by the ref that should have been a sin binning. Terrible behaviour.
