OK, i have had little interest in this as GTA IV was such a big let down for me but i watched a clip for it on youtube earlier and all of a sudden this seems like a day 1 purchase for me.
i have no preorders placed so all i can hope for is one of the local shops has enough stock.

Ridiculous, the earlier pic is doing the rounds on twitter, hopefully Rockstar see it and do something to make a statement.
It gives you 5 days for them to receive the game so i wonder if you could send in a couple for £50 or £56 purchased on Tuesday and make some money?

Sure looks like fun, my only concern is in watching it the traffic density seemed a bit on the low side,hopefully its due to area or time of say
There was a great deal of traffic on the interstate in the sequence I watched. But there were very few people about elsewhere. I guess it's true - nobody really does walk in LA.
Had a brief flick through the official guide book this evening, 425 pages! Have to say, it's very comprehensive, seemed to cover absolutely everything there was to find and do in the game, from vehicles to weapons to missions to hidden packages. If the £5 Amazon cashback deal on book purchases is still valid then it's probably quite a nice thing to have for a couple of quid.
