i7 4930k Recommended cooler

Hi all,

I'm building a new machine and have been looking at the 4930k i7. I noticed a comment on this bundle: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=BU-064-OP that says that the cooler isn't a good match.
I'm particularly concerned about the volume and would like to keep it as quiet as possible with decent performance.
I would really appreciate your advice on a cooler for this processor with the motherboard in the above link.

So I currently have the below spec in my sights. It's for 3D rendering and real-time 3D graphics systems. I've chosen the 4930k over the 4770k for this reason. I've chosen the cooler based simply on aesthetics!

The mount doom wont fit with that RAM.

The Megahelms as in the Bundle is decent and allows any sized RAM to be used.
 
Ah. I'm just concerned that the one review states that it's loud and not entirely practical when used with that board. Would prefer a quieter cooler if possible.

Cooler, with the replacement fans, nice and quiet
G/Card, these are super silent and you get UK RMA
 
A Gigabyte X79-UP4 is £200 and clocks well. plenty of SATA/USB etc.

Edit...worth considering that you may need an SB-E chip to flash the BIOS on X79 boards to then recognise IB-E chips??

I would also recommend changing the stock H100 fans for some SP120's.

This this this! Phanteks being the best cooler out of them all if you get some Thermalright TY-143 fans for it! I had my 3930k running at 4.7 on the air cooler.
 
Assuming that the Gigabyte board works with the IB-E chip, I might go for something like this:
