Me:I paid extra for 1 day delivery to have this delivered yesterday and it didn't arrive. I can now see that "due to an unexpected delay your order may arrive 1 day later than originally advised". I cannot track it and upon ordering this was not advised, combined with the fact that it was dispatched in time to allow for the 1 day delivery, I'm confused to why I've paid extra for this service. I would like a refund of the additional delivery charge I paid for a service I didn't get.
