I was thinking this, how can you prove the micra was the one who hit you especially as another car follow it in quick succession.

Looks like the smart didn't brake till late either, just look how fast the beetle slow down.

Yeah, why would you not let the Audi pull out there? bit of a dick move and dangerous speeding up to make a small amount of distance then having to brake hard.
