Don't know if it is a time of day thing, but I went back early morning and found him. He was in a bin, if that helps.
 
Lung capacity takes ages to increase, i've got Michael up to 2 bars now.

I'm just diving on that plane wreck off the highest NW point, that has the $12k treasure and rocket launcher by the tail section. Treasure re-spawns (dont know how often), i havent noticed the rocket launcher yet.

2 bars lung isnt enough to get down and back up to the surface without a health hit though.

EDIT: rocket launcher re-spawns as well :D

Just looking at the social club stuff and some interesting stats on there.

Firstly how few of the cars that are available that I've actually driven.

Also after 15 hours the split between the usage of the three characters is around even so it shows how well they have balanced the content between them so far.

Also just looked at the achievement list and it has dawned on me that even if i never touched GTA Online this game could last me months if not years.

Extremely. Every time I get 2 stars I pretty much slam that pedal and try to put as much distance between me and the cops as possible. Doesn't help much when you've just stolen a garbage truck though!
 
The assassination missions come up after the second heist I believe. At least that's when I remember them showing up.

EDIT: Apparently the first one shows up after the first heist, at least that's what I've just read.

The SUV roadblocks are stupid, they take a tyre out almost every single time which means you then have to abandon the car and find another, which lasts for 30 seconds until the next roadblock.

Just took a quadbike up some hills in the hopes of escaping the police there, but seeing as all the cars in the game seem to have off-road tyres and 4WD they just followed me as if I was on tarmac. The vehicle handling/physics are a huge step back, it's a shame.
