Is anyone else loving the 'Point of Interest' functionality on the map? In case you haven't noticed it, on the map, you can press Y/Triangle and it marks a point on the map, looks like you can make as many as you want. I found an awesome jump last night in the countryside, but was in the middle of a mission so I just made a marker and will return another time

In other news the 12k treasure and rocket launcher at the sunken plane NW of map, re-spawn maybe every day. I've collected it a few times now with the same character.

I've modded the default cars & bike for the people now, haven't bothered with any stolen cars

No need to own the weed shop. If you are in the right place there should be a weed icon on the map. It suggests coming back about once a week.

As for the sunken plane, it can apparently be an unlimited money 'cheat'. Collect it, switch characters then switch back straight away, collect again, etc.

I'm not going to do that though, at least not until finished and desperate. Ruins the point.

Where do you get scuba gear? I've done the mission where you are in scuba gear with michael, but where can I buy some?

Another way to do it is to take a photo, in your gallery you can set a marker from where the photo was taken, useful for jumps and stuff

This is where i've been (arrow on pic), no weed icon appears on the map though, just a small farm with a couple of growing tent things there.

I switched to Trevor one time and he was on a scooter chasing someone on another one.

LOL he was shouting "hey scooter boy, we're scooter buddies..."

I carried on following the guy for about 15 mins but accidently bumped into him knocking him off...

Just evaided the cops in a mission with Lamar and Stretch in a boat lol. Absolutely stacked the car off a harbour wall and got it stuck between the wall and the pontoon, but managed to swim to a speed boat and bring it back. Pwned.

Just swapped to him, on a deserted island with 5 dead guys and him drunk in his pants!

Just looking at the social club stuff and some interesting stats on there.

Firstly how few of the cars that are available that I've actually driven.

Also after 15 hours the split between the usage of the three characters is around even so it shows how well they have balanced the content between them so far.

Also just looked at the achievement list and it has dawned on me that even if i never touched GTA Online this game could last me months if not years.

Even though I've registered and linked my accounts, my career stats are all zero... Any idea how to get them going? Do I need to log into something on the ps3 before I play, or something? Ta

Just had a load of on foot cops commandeer taxi's to chase after me not seen that before.

That's twice i've managed to steal a fighter jet only for the engines to cut out before I can land it on my airfield to store it

I always considered GTA IV, to be one of the best games I'd ever played, I thought it more or less got everything spot on annnnnnd then GTA V comes along.

This is an absolutely incredible game , I'm enjoying every second and can't wait for more play throughs!

Also; my social club is **** at updating & the iFruit App hasn't worked since before I got the game .

Apparently they released on iOS first as sort of a beta test to iron out the bugs, but personally I think that is complete and utter bull. It's a pretty well known fact that Android is a far easier platform to work with, has almost 80% market share and is built completely different than iOS applications rendering any beta test done on Apple devices completely useless for the Android version.

I think what is more likely is that iOS had a deal with Rockstar to get it released on iPhones first and then on Android somewhere down the road but they kept hush hush about it.
