You've got plenty left. Pause>Stats, the bottom tab (I forget the label) shows you overall progress, including story mission progress /69.
 
Thats where i am (where you have buy it and go to meet the purple guy?). I can only play games for a hour before i get fed up so i am guessing this game will take me a few month to finish.

Only really bought it for the online, but that is ballsed up.

I have stored two cars in the garage as Franklin.

So there isn't a mission there? I was just wondering as I always seem to have one mission for a character and that garage is always lit with the characters colour.

Purely financial when you get wasted, you lose a percentage of the money on that character.

Worse to get busted (arrested) as the cops confiscate ammo and armor as well as losing a percentage of the cash. So in a shoot-out with the po po (yo), if you can't get away better to go down guns blazing than get arrested.

No mission there, if it's Franklin you always have 1 mission hanging about try phoning Tonya as it's probably the final tow truck mission.

Okay cool. Is there any indication on the phone that there is a mission waiting with someone where you have to call them. Or do I just work through my contacts list?
 
I think I have screwed myself out of millions going by what people are saying about the assassination missions :( I may have to replay this game again once I know what I'm doing with the stock market. I am seriously poor at the moment lol
 
My Franklin has $1 Looool, I was going to buy shares but couldn't :(

Where are the armoured trucks mostly located and what time? I can evade the police easily enough!
 
The good:
The story. (was ok)
The characters.
Illusion of a living city.
Good GFX for old console.
Great sound.

The Bad:
Only a few and duplicated shops/activities spread around map.
Very little interaction with city allowed.
Simple gameplay. The missions are a breeze. Only challenge was when first learning to land a plane.
Disappearing cars and people when you look away then back.
Cop chases are boring. Too easy to escape.

Summary:
A nice looking virtual dollhouse for guys to fantasize in with tacked on weak gameplay.

Of course he is, but some of is just WTF?

I mean like Nismo highlighted, tacked on weak gameplay? Erm, OK. God knows what he thinks of 90% of other games then.

Meh, much like me which is why I asked the question. Was wondering why even sticking $1m on the second assassination I only made $200k with Michael. Ah well, live and learn :(
