REALLY Hot Chilli Sauce?

Delivery from Holland, just got to decide what to do with them. Habaneros and Naga

Surely you can buy them in the UK? Had something amazing the other day, Roquito drop peppers. Small picked sweet chillis, highly recommend them as nibbles.

My old boss who's now left my work has some Blairs 6am 16,000,000 scoville that he used to make chilli with regularly. He's a mental. He bought it into work and a couple of us tried a single drop on a crisp and it literally nearly killed us, I was screwed for a good 30mins and I like hot stuff.

I currently have some Satans blood 800,000 scoville chilli extract on my desk that gives a nice kick

In a box like that we cannot unless you know a grower and still with prices in the uk it would cost a lot.

Most large Asian grocers and smaller West Indian/African grocers already stock them. If I'm in Manchester I go to a grocers on the Curry Mile down Oxford Road past the Uni. There's a grocer with fresh habanero/scotch bonnets/nagas etc. which vary between £6 and £10 per kilo. This also tells us that wholesalers somewhere get them. Maybe you can ask your greengrocer to get you a one-off box ?

I have like 6 Indian grocers in my town they only sell scotch bonnets as the hottest I can get a box for 15 quid but best to get hotter for 15

I don't buy many hot sauces really cos I make my own but I used to love Lottie's Barbados Chilli Sauces (red and yellow) from Chilliworld.com, they are not uber-hot but taste great. If you want the hottest you can get without extract (horrible metallic aftertaste) you need something like Cambridge Chilli Farm Ghost Chilli 10 sauce (was a present) or Dr. Burnoriums Ghost or Scorpion pepper sauces (holiday gift... what do people think I do with all this sauce ?). Maybe the FireFoods Infinity Sauce ? I also have a soft spot for El Yucateco XXXtra Hot Kutbil-ik Mayan Style Habanero Hot Sauce which has a very different flavour to other sauces (great on eggs) and Mr. Naga which is probably a bit salty but great anyway.

My latest order along with 24 bags of crisp.

I have gone for a more flavorsome bunch this time, but not forgetting the UKs hottest Trinidad Scorpion sauce. Some pickled Naga chilies as well.
