Yeah there are jaggies and I'm usually teh first to wince at any kind of jaggies on PC games but this game offers so much that I just completely blank them out and get on with the game.

I know I'll enjoy it way more on PC at native 1440P with AA applied but that will be a whole other time.
 
The pacing in this game is very, very good. Probably the biggest improvement from previous games. Usually at this stage in a gta game, I am getting frustrated that every mission is basically more enemies to kill, but the action missions are really well spread out, with lots of fun stuff in between.

When I make decisions in the game?

You've confused me now, which is good, it should mean that whatever does happen in my final 6 missions should be a surprise. I'm going to have to rush them now to avoid spoiling it for myself :p
 
I was going back to a previous save to re do the last mission but accidently saved over it :( oh well back to the start again :) also means I can trade stocks with more money this time too.

Regarding the stocks, anyone know if you can leave those missions until the very end? as would be good to be able to do it after the last job.

Go around the town crashing into cars, hitting people (slowly) and general destruction.

I made the stock go up 17.7% in an hour. which netted me just over 3million each with around 18 million in shares.

I just tried this, it went down 0.2% after me driving around like a saint, even did a triathlon to kill time. Then went around crashing into every car on the road, then went happy slapping.

I made $200 from $200,000 investment for an hour's trying !

I've managed to rob a few.

Get full armour, and a truck (without a trailer)

Drive through the barricade (East side of the base) and immediately take a right which takes you into the space between the two fences, this goes around the side of the base, so to speak.

Follow it round until it opens into the base, then drive straight to the hanger and jump in. If you're lucky, the tanks will get tied up trying to chase you in the space between the fences as they're the only real threat.

Also, do it with Trevor with full special and set that off for the run between the truck and the jet.

The main problem is getting to land it without the engines cutting out, which i've yet to do :(

Thanks will give that a go tomorrow, been trying again tonight with no lucky, bloody tanks!
 
This constant disc access noise on PS3 is driving me insane. I have to turn the volume right up just to drown the stupid thing out. Grrr. Why can't you install the whole thing to HDD like you can with an Xbox?! It's really stupid!

engines cutting out ??? Mine never has. Landed it in my hanger but it disappeared next time i loaded my game :(
 
I'd never experienced this engine cut out business but had heard people say about it. Earlier however I did seem to experience something with one of the private jets from the airport, where my engines, or mainly one, had black smoke coming out and sometimes looked like they were sparking or some flames were present :confused:

Never happened before and all I was doing was flying. Still landed and put in the hanger :D
