As a graphics-whinger this is exactly the case with me. Just a shame, thats all. It's still a fantastic game. I just hate my PS3 - especially the way that I can hear it constantly readnig the disc as I play which is driving me insane. There must be a way of shutting that up!?
 
The strangers and freaks missions, it says i've only done 13/20. I've finished the main storyline, does that mean I can't do them any more? Can't see them on the map for anyone anywhere... :(

There could well be, not checked fully, but there was an option in GTA IV through your phone to basically halt the story, maybe you didn't want to go bowling, eh cousin?

Can't see that not being in tbh, was a nice touch!

Headphones? :D My girlfriend has complained about it a couple of times but I can't hear it with my headphones on. No way to stop it afaik other than swapping your PS3 for an Xbox.

It depends upon what choice you make at the end of the game.

You may have chosen the option that removes the option to play the side missions. Playthrough #2 for you then :)
 
Only way to stop it on the PS3 without buying it on the 360 is buy the digital download version.

But I guess you're not going to want to do that.
 
If you can hear the disc drive, it just means you haven't got your volume high enough. :D

Only notice mine during transitions where it's loading and the screen is black (i.e. no sound), it's fine otherwise.
 
Why couldn't I pick up the parachute up there? Any ideas? I assume its because I've not progressed with Franklin that much into the story?
 
I hadn't progressed far at all with Franklin and just picked it up, it's on the floor.

Just press a if you are on the xbox. Deploys it. I jumped out the blimp with no idea how to deploy it,made it more fun. :D
 
Just so I'm sure, am I right thinking you can view what stocks are doing via the Social Club site, but you can't actually interact with them outside of the game itself?

Shame Rockstar didn't build that into the iFruit app.
 
All the exclusive DLC that came with the other editions, do we know when that will turn up to buy? Stuff like the stunt planes sounds cool!
