********* The Official GTA V (5) thread! *********

Damn, only invested 50k in a pharma before Lester gave me that mission and it gained 28% within minutes, now at 32% - Wishing I invested more now!

I invested all I had, but it wasn't much at the time.

I'm thinking it might be a good idea to complete the main story before doing any more assassination missions, so I can invest a lot more money.

I have heard that the first Lester mission gives the best return :(.

I've finished the main story now.

Why would anyone pick anything but C?

Not that keen on the ending, just seemed a bit weird and rushed. You just kill everyone and suddenly it's fine. Also, that last heist, none of our faces were covered up and yet we seem to have got away with it quite easily.

I think:

If the choices were given to Michael instead, and those choices were to kill Franklin or Trevor I could have quite happily killed Franklin. I just found him the most unlikeable out of the three, didn't find myself attached to him whatsoever.

Yup, I'd agree with that, as I said earlier today, I didn't like how he reacted to being asked to kill either Trevor or Michael either, he didn't seem to care about them, only about the fact he had to make a choice. The only reason I'd keep him around would be to finish side quests and stuff.

Why oh why rockstar, although I predicted microtransactions as soon as I saw the online trailer it still takes something away from the online aspect for me. Also the fact that things are cheaper in online and money is easier to get in online I don't particularly like. It would be nice if you had a long term goal of saving up for a really nice apartment or a private Jet and not everyone has these luxuries.

I've heard it's harder to get money.

They've put a lot of effort into this so don't worry. Things should be great.

I finally finished this the other night, what an epic game. I will definitely be replaying again for max profit :) I am looking forward to online, not too far away now either.

I also agree with this. Can't quite believe anyone would pick any other option.

Tuned Franklin's car:

Love these wheels :D So fast and so stable at speed. I opted for the dual exit large bore exhaust, the sound is stunning, speakers rumble the floor.

Looks bloody amazing matte black, especially after a mission as it gets dirty and looks even better :D

Looks good :)

Mine is ice white with a carbon 'hood' :p

White got a bit tired quick lol. Now that it's all tuned up I'm driving it careful yet speedy, Take it on missions since it can't go missing, just get impounded if the worst happens :D

You go & collect your own car for missions? You have too much time on your hands :D Snipe a driver, pull him out of the car, cover him in petrol, rev near him, let backfire destroy evidence and make your way :D

Definitely too much time on your hands :p

Last night I switched to Trevor and the mini cut scene was of a really nice car pulling up at the lights next to him. I chased and stole the car but couldn't work out where to save it at the cousin's safehouse. I think it's just under the apartment but there's no garage or door. Anyway, no surprise but the car disappeared, but for the future can anyone remember where to store cars at that safe house? Wish Michael had found it too as it doesn't suit Trevor at all :p

Also invested quite a bit in LifeInvader when they're rock bottom. Already up 20% within a few hours of playing on the same game-day.

As you go into the arch at his cousin's place turn left, cars stay there! Or use the safehouse nearby.

I think I much prefer Michael and Franklin's first primary cars over others although I do have a Veyron stashed away in Vinewood safehouse. Maybe I should use that after some modding...
