Worth upgrading my Samsung 840?

I bought a Samsung 840 250GB a few months ago to use it with my old SATA2 system. I am now upgrading my whole system (4770k, GB Z87X UD4H, new RAM+GPU) and I was wondering if it is worth upgrading the SSD to a Pro or Evo version.

Will I notice any significant difference in performance?

You would almost certainly see no significant improvement in porformance.

In fact you probably wouldn't notice any improvement.

Only if you use the hyper mode on the Pro. But that drains RAM too.

Unless you're needing extra high-speed disk space, you're just throwing money away.
