GTA V Multiplayer thread (360, XBOX ONE, PS3 and PS4)

The thing is I don't really care if people have exploited just don't come in the thread posting garages full of million pound cars and acting all legit about it :p
 
Been killed 5 times this morning by higher RP players (45+) that follow you for a bit and then lob sticky bombs on you. Great. Hate those things.
 
hahahahaha what a morning... been on 10 minutes and made 18k without even entering a mission. Joined the game just as a person in a high value car came flying passed me, waited for him to respray it then shot him and stole it... got 9k for that :) then someone came flying passed me with a 9k bounty on them, Sticky bomb later and that was mine as well.

The guy I stole the car from then proceeded to abuse me via PSN lol

We could do that though I think it would be easier or people to add psn id/xbox gt from the OP. I was thinking about this last, what would be good for the invite only would be the ability to invite crew like you can in a mission lobby. As that isnt possible usually can find games through 7 degrees of seperation on GT's.

Is the money and RP dependant on the number of racers? I've been racing a lot with friends and we've never seen more than about $6200 for a win.

I've never seen more than around $6500 in a 16 player race, even when my odds are 20/1.
 
No idea whether it's the tracks, car types, player numbers or everybody's ranks being high. I've been in 3 16 player races and won one where I got 18 something, and the other two the winners got something like 19 and 21. Memory isn't perfect but I know they were all around the 20k mark.

Exactly races aren't enough to get that kind of money. I had a mate who spent hours exploiting the rooftop rumble 25k mission where you just fired the grenade launcher at the briefcase, got 25k then did quick repeat.

To answer your original question though, yes, there is more money for bigger races

Even he doesn't have enough money to get all those 500k + cars. He had about 2.5 mil which is enough for the koenigsegg and the adder and the apartment. To have all the others in there as well ......

I've been having a great time playing this once the problems finally sorted themselves out - playing most nights, doing races, missions, doing stores with friends, flogging nice cars whenever I find them, etc etc. Managed to get an apartment for about $130k and saving for vehicle mods etc. But I've still earnt no more than about $300k in total so I can't even begin to imagine how much time you'd need to play this game to have a 10 car garage full of modified 1m cars!
