Madeleine McCann's parents

A quote direct Kate McCann's book:

""I asked Gerry apprehensively if he'd had any really horrible thoughts or visions of Madeleine. He nodded. Haltingly, I told him about the awful pictures that scrolled through my head of her perfect little genitals torn apart"

She isn't normal.

what the ****? you can only assume people who support them would buy their book but saying that would be enough to turn anyone against them.

Is Peter Sotos her editor?

I think that if I lost a child my head would be in a pretty desolate and terrible place and I have no idea how it would come out.

but to write a book with things like that in, seems totally incredible - it's almost like it's some sort of weird sick fantasy, there's no reason to write things like that (or none that i can think of..)
