Neighbour asked to scrounge our wifi

I don't think there's any need to be rude or spiteful towards her, but sharing your internet connection is pretty strange if she can afford it and just doesn't want to pay for it.

If you're not comfortable saying no, then make up a little white lie up as to why you don't want her connecting.

You're a bit daft for letting her use your connection I'm afraid.

I might be that she doesn't really know how to go about getting the internet or set it up. Maybe offer to help?

I think she's seeking benefits and currently jobless, however can afford to get drunk a lot and owns a kitten so can pay for pet food etc.

I get the feeling that she'd rather make friends with a neighbour and freeload off their internet.

But it's all sorted anyways, i'm keeping all my bandwidth for myself.

That's a good shout. I've got a feeling she knows how but doesn't want to, but it might be nice to offer like you suggested. Cheers dude!

Glad to hear it. Share...pfft! lol.

To be honest though, if you asked me if you could use my wi-fi while you stay the night outside in your truck I would just give you the password. I couldn't go for days on end without internet access so why should I expect you to :p

Your a Gent Sir! - I'll look you up next time I'm down that way! :D

i've had to ask my neighbour if i can have their wifi password, when my connection was down for nearly a month! I did ask if they were on an unlimited tarrif..
