***Official Batman Arkham Origins Thread***

I tried to give it a bash last night. But it was just taking forever to load a game after finding players. I gave up.

Also, where is everyone seeing that this game is 26GB??? Mine was exactly 16.2GB.

When I removed the local files and re-installed on a different drive, it said 26gb! My preload was 6gb (I think).

I'll check it when I get home as it should be complete by then.

My mate just linked me this on Steam, "The multiplayer was produced by independent British developer Splash Damage".

We had a good laugh; I doubt I will even try multiplayer.

And my game folder is 18.4GB.

As for the city... wow, impressed, the new tall building really help add scope.

Have you gone to the linked website to redeem the code? They'll then email you a steam key. :)

As for the game.....I have to agree with Neil over the fov in the game. But what I've played so far has been good.(Just got back to batcave) :)

Tried that yes and it keeps saying use a valid email address which im doing time after time.

The first page where you put the code in keeps saying either the same thing.

Is this game any good because ill buy it if its worth the £40 because OCUK game vouchers don't work.

This game looks great with all DX 11 extras turned on! So far after only playing 1 mission I can tell it wont have that charm of the first 2 batmans (especially the first one which in my eyes is one of the best games ever made) but its a great game and combined with a fun multi player; well worth the 30 quid pre-order price on steam :)

On a technical note, what form off AA are you guys using? I have a 780 so feels like I should be selecting green team options and have TXAA High, but also I read somewhere that MSAA x 8 will give the best picture...anyone know what the best is?

You are redeeming it from the geforce site first right?

I have just managed to get it to work and im now downloading the game thanks again.

Im diabetic and close to blind so really struggled to see the letters to do this and had to get my brother to do it for me but all sorted now so thanks again and thanks OCUK.

Interesting opinion before even trying it!

Whats the performance like with AMD so far guys?

Will tell you when i finally get home in about.............15 mins. That is assuming FGW don't hash the journey home.

I'm like a kid (26 yr old kid) it comes to games like this, all I've been doing is counting the hours.

The way I see it, I'm a fully grown child. The fact I have been around for 25 years means nothing. I'm still a child, just a fully grown one.

NM, just Googled for reviews and read the IGN one. Sounds like a rather constrictive and empty game world. Pity, could have been awesome if there were people on the street going about their daily business ala GTA.

Think I'll pass.
