BMW and M Power Owners

The batteries have reached their recharge limit. If you do manage to replace the batteries then you may need to reprogram the keys but it's a 2 minute job that can be done from the car itself.

When I had my E46, I had an issue with my key not able to lock the car with the remote central locking, I had to stand right next to my car to get it to work, I thought it was the charge in the key so went for a drive and got home, and still the same thing.

It would lock fine at work, turns out, my neighbour had installed one of these cheap door bell systems, they disconnected it shortly because it never worked, and low and behold my RCL worked again.

Can I join in here now, just got myself an E39 528i SE Touring...

First BM, whats the driving with your feet out to the right all about

Nope, other cars in the house are a TT225 and Cav Turbo, certainly feels like my feet are off to the right a bit...

I noticed it when I drove my step-dad's 330D too. I kept going to press the wrong pedal somehow, probably my big feet, just something to get used to.

I still want an E46 though :p

Wheres the best BMW forum, I've started having issues with mine and thinking about taking it back to the trader it came from.
