Roast rib of grass fed beef - seared all over roast on a bed of veg medium rare, rested wrapped in foil and tea towels for 30 minutes
Yorkshire puds made by me, batter made yesterday and 24hrs to rest
Riverford organic potatoes, boiled in salted water and bay leaves, roasted around beef till crispy
Riverford boiled carrots battened
Riverford cauliflower in medium cheddar sauce and roasted
Gravy made from the bottom of the beef pan with the veg bed mashed and mixed with carrot water, salt and pepper, beef stock and some corn flour to thicken
 
I've got loads spare

The kids are off to school with RB sandwiches and we have plated up dinners for two nights from this

Forgot to add Waitrose hot horseradish sauce
 
Went to McDonald's on the way back from Flo, got a Big Mac meal and a coke. Came to nearly £5 and tasted rank, last time i'll be going there in a while.

Not had a McDonald's in ages, now I remember why.
 
part baked baguette fresh from the oven with grated cheese, onion, tomato & cucumber, +mayo and fresh ground black pepper :)

Trying my first hot pocket, bbq flavour, it's alright.

There are two kinds of people. :D

A quick detour to McDonalds on the way home from work. A 1955 burger, large fries and a box of nuggets. And got a mississippi mudpie mcflurry chilling in the fridge for afters :D

Roasted chicken thighs, mash with plenty of butter and black pepper and some strange writing, and freshly peeled and boiled carrots.
