I weigh a lot, but am not fat or muscular

Very envious. 190cm myself but can't get higher than 75kg. My arms are less than 12" lol.

Inb4 eat more, I ate quarter of a kilogram of bacon this morning along with a few rolls and some sausages. :p

A whole 250g? That's like... 6 rashers. Eat more continuously and record it to make sure you're hitting your target, you will gain weight.

I also have the same problem (I don't think it's a problem), most people estimate 2 stone less than what I am. I hover around 95-105KG at 5ft10.

And what do you plan on eating for the rest of the day? How active are you throughout the day?

For lunch I've got a pasta with bacon and chicken. For afternoon I've got some nuts (salted, but I'm slowly weaning myself off them!) and some crisps and banana's. Dinner time will be pasta, pesto, chorizo and parmesan, with some rolls on the side and a few Heineken. Then in the evening, I'll have some crisps and beers.

That's more or less me each day (though I usually have eggs in the morning as well)

I'm just scrawny all over with the exception of my stomach which bulges slightly (kind of weird).

So you're "skinny fat"...

People often underestimate or overestimate their food intake depending on which side of the scale they stand.

Cut out the beer and I expect you'll start to see an improvement.

I think the phrase is 'dangerously underweight'. A BMI of 15.8 is just as unhealthy, if not more so as a BMI of 31.1....

Sure...? Healthy is classed as 18.5-25 so 15.8 isn't that far off. It is on the underweight side though, bot not obese, which 31 is classed as.

I fell into that trap myself. Realised I was eating a load of biscuits and not a lot else. I'm eating a lot more fats and proteins now, as well as considerably more. Still not making any difference. I'm going to get myself tested for diabetes at some point. :/

Skinny Fat look is the worst, name change to skinnyfat_brah

Tell me about it bro. What I wouldn't give for some decent 15" guns. :p
