Won't they make the money back on their YT pages? Either way, it makes me sad that people are doing this when there will be kids at Christmas that won't be getting one.

In PC terms, the Xbox One has a GPU that’s similar to the (entry-level) Bonaire GPU in the Radeon HD 7790, while the PS4 is outfitted with the (mid-range) Pitcairn that can be found in the HD 7870. In numerical terms, the Xbox One GPU has 12 compute units (768 shader processors), while the PS4 has 18 CUs (1152 shaders). The Xbox One is slightly ahead on GPU clock speed (853MHz vs. 800MHz for the PS4).

I'd agree that the tech has jumped but the games haven't as much but at the same time I'd say the high end graphics cards are all about resolution. back in the day I couldn't play crysis at max with a good frame rate on my 8800 ultra at 1050res(around £500 at launch I think) but now I can play bf4 multiplayer maxed out on a 7870xt (£140 card).
These days people are using the titans etc to game at 5760 x 1200 and other crazy set ups. whats concerning is the next gens continued struggles with 1080, they boast that they will support 4k tv's but how ugly is 720 upscaled to 4k going to look? The whole set ups just seem cheap if they cant even compare with the res,fps and graphics being pushed out by my £140 graphics card now. What hope is there for 4-5 years down the line? I don't think the xbox and ps4 could even run crysis maxed out at 1080/60fps now and it's a 6-7 year old game
I am not solely referring to cod mate, isnt bf4 a 900p game?
The thing is for me I have had high end pc's and they just don't get as good games as the consoles, look at GT its way ahead of anything on the pc atm for looks. Imagine running the same game on a pc with the same GFX card the PS3 has in a 7 series nvidia it just wouldn't run it, you would need cutting edge on a PC.

Wouldn't it be funny if the camera guy on purpose forgets to record the smashing.
I was quite surprised by this... It worked really well. My 3G connection in the right conditions can get fairly decent rates, so it might be possible to play Ps4 games out and about depending on where I am..
Not played a MGS since PS2 but this looked incredible and far from what it was like back then, this will probably be a great game something i may buy after watching that.
It does seem that way at the moment doesn't it
Hopefully it's just these games that have been released to coincide with the consoles launch.

I remember Quake IV on 360. That had a terrible frame rate. And that console didn't end up doing too badly.
Amazon have put up the PS4 prices which have changed Pre-order prices as well. I have messaged them and been told "You will get charged the lower price" but I would watch your orders as they have said this before and not honoured it until people complained.
