So, the EU launch is just around the corner, I need to buy a PSN+ subscription. Cheapest place to buy a key or card at the moment?

Also, what do you actually get free with the PS4? I heard something about some credit and a 30 day free + trial?

14 day trial and a free HDMI cable as far as I'm aware

Do you get a PSN credit too? I believe the US consoles were getting a $10 credit to buy games, etc?

Sounds like they forgot to connect the wires to the pins on some of the HDMI cables

I did say a few pages back that folks might want to ditch the included HDMI lead as from all accounts its a bit cheap..

PSN+ is required for online play.

Nah I just mean that you don't have to have PSN+ to play your offline games.

If you want to play multiplayer then yeah you have to pay for the service. I don't think they should have to chuck in a few months just because you're buying the console.

Belkin, on amazon should be no more then a fiver for a 3m HDMI cable, all mine are Belkin, worked all of them 100% no issues.

Few mentioned amazon are getting negative reviews for poor packing and some have said a review gave the console 1 star due to reviewer not getting his console.

Take with a pinch of salt.
