Its the compression and the size. Youtube videos are completely useless for viewing 1080p.
In the real world you will notice the difference, maybe you wont mind though.

I've been console-less since June !
Same here. Folk moaning there's not many games coming out because they've been playing them all on their current gen consoles. I can't wait!

Now all of a sudden the lesser power is acceptable? The kinect 2.0 that's almost the size of the PS4 itself is acceptable ? The huge console and power brick design is acceptable ? The jaggies acceptable.. To top it all off, it's $100 more for the privilege.
Isn't it crazy when people are defending the larger, less powerful, more expensive out of the two. That's a true fanboy ! Not someone who prefers the Sony offering cos its simply faster, smaller and you're getting MORE for your money.

Haha yeah I'm not a massive fan of the multiplayer it has to be said. But LOVED the single player. TRESSFX and 1080p... im sold

Was said few months back that Microsoft’s corporate vice-president for Skype, Mark Gillett, expressed his desire to bring the Skype video-calling service to the PlayStation 4 console. But at this stage who knows, time will tell.
It makes sense - there is no point restricting Skype to specific platforms if MS want to make it the number one platform for video calls.
No but the people that defend its major flaws are.
Just expressing my opinion. We're all entitled to our opinions aren't we.
As someone who's already got a ps4 and as someone who's receiving an xbone on Fri and immediately swapping it for another ps4, I am entitled to express why i'm doing so, arn't i.
If the xbone was a smaller, faster machine, better thought through games console i wouldn't be swapping it.
