Sadly not
My bonus is 5% of my wages as personal targets and 5% on company performance if we meet the targets given to the city. As the company as done so well the company part is paying out at 200%.
So you got a 20% bonus? Nice! I got a 13% bonus (some cash, some RSUs) and an 8% one-off pay rise, so I'm pretty happy myself. My previous company gave me a £500 cash bonus at Christmas of my first year and nothing else for the next five years.
