So is it worth buying PIS shares just now to make some cash? I've yet to finish the game or do all the big money making Lester missions but with a bit of investment after the first hotel assassination mission I've got all three characters up to nearly $2 million apiece. Is that worth dumping on a pile of shares for now to see what happens?

Any other shares worth buying apart from PIS just now?
 
It might be worth still investing in PIS on the xbox, last time it went from $2.50 to $300 after a week or so.

On the 15th it was $1.24 and has now jumped up to $77.

Just make a 2nd game save with the money invested, if you dont make money you wont lose anything :)
 
Right, invested all three characters cash in PIS last night, bought the shares when they were $107.33. This is really my first foray into the stock market at an early stage in the game so could someone explain what all of these figures on the BAWSAQ screens mean and what to watch for? This is what it was at last night a few hours after I had bought the shares at $107.33:-

I'm loosing money, right? :p When to sell? Bail out now or hold on and wait? It's not like you really need big money in the game for anything at the stage I'm at (56% complete - have only done the Lester Hotel Assassination mission) so I suppose there's no harm leaving the cash where it is to see if things head upwards again?
 
It's at $102 now according to the social club, maybe $117 was the time to sell this time round.

I think last time PIS was rising it dropped a bit then carried on climbing, if it's another save game, i'd just leave it there and see what happens. I think it took maybe a week or two to get to $300 last time round.

Double check from the game though as the amounts don't always match, i think the social club is an hour or two behind the game.

Keep an eye on it and buy in with everything next time it's at rock bottom $1-$2 on a separate save game.

If i sell now @ $102, Michael has gone from 100 mill to 8.6 billion since the 15th, the other two are similar.

I'll probably cash out tonight and buy all the properties, i'm only at about 70% of Career i think.
 
PIS is now down to $89.72 and still dropping. I binned it about an hour ago and luckily had an emergency backup save from before I invested all 3 characters cash in it. Reloaded that and started afresh. Think I'll keep an eye on it over the next day or so and see if it stops and starts climbing again.
 
Decided to have another fiddle around last night with the stock market. This time around I had Franklin invest $1.8m in Sprunk. Now at this time tonight, he's made a profit of just under $1m as it stands. Going to see how that pans out tonight and decide whether to cut and run or hang on for a tad longer.
