Having problems myself. Order has been cancelled through failed payment. The money has been sitting in there for weeks.
They are phoning me shortly to sort it out (apparently).
Sent GAME another email asking to give me some peace of mind bla bla bla.
I can feel a panic attacking coming on.

Regardless of the cause they're a **** company in general, spend two minutes talking to one of the dribblies that work there to confirm this for yourself.
