*** The Official Playstation 4 (PS4) Thread ***

Paid for my PS4 today and was informed i have to go back 2moro at 9 in the evening to get my ticket stamped..... Could they not just have done it today ffs i'm going to be waiting in line 30 minutes probably just to get a stamp on my ticket then they want me back at 12.

They are properly retarded here in Ireland i have better things to be doing than waiting in line in the freezing cold like watching t.v!

That's just the date it wen't from Pre-Order to Order Processing. I pre-paid for mine a while back, it went from Pre-Order to Order Processing on the 17th November and the date then said 17th November, mine has finished Processing and I've had the email telling me it's being dispatched tomorrow.

Not long now, just hope i am home from work when it comes! do Tesco normally text you? i cant remember, if i missed it any idea what happens?
 
Found out i'm getting my new 50 mb internet on friday morning, do i still download the games friday night then on my crappy 4 mb internet speed? Dont think i will bother downloading it till the next day new internet will mash through those downloads :D

that puts my mind at rest (sort of), wont be completely at easy until it says dispatched.

I went down to Game this morning and got mine all paid up ready to pick up midnight Thursday.

I must admit I didn't pay as much as I was expecting, sure they have not charged me for something but I wasn't complaining as it's all on my receipt and will all be bagged up ready to pick up anyway.

Had the mega bundle pre-ordered but was told I got an extra game with it as well, which I wasn't aware of, so asked for Knack to be chucked in. I also had FIFA preordered with the guaranteed £40 trade in for my PS3 version, COD Ghosts with the same offer, NFS Rivals and Assasins Creed. They also had an offer on a slightly better headset, dual charging station and vertical stand at £24.99 for the 3 so thought I might as well have that while I was at it.

I'd paid £20 deposit and £5 on each game, so £40 in all and had £10 on my reward card. Was expecting somewhere in he region of £550-£600 but it all came to £491. Very happy with that for a PS4, 2 controllers, camera, charging station, headset, vertical stand and 6 games. Roll on tomorrow!

Haha! Believe me I've changed my mind between midnight or the next morning several times. I can park much closer at midnight though so in theory it'll be a quick in and out, leg it to the car and speed away :D
 
OK went to GAME and payed for all my items.

Got the Mega bundle, NFS:R, and Lego Marvel. Plus the official charging station all for the tidy sum of £409. Less than the Mega bundle on it's own! :D

I am getting mine from shopto and I received 3 emails for pre orders as if I wanted 3 consoles :p but rang them and they said it was duplicated emails and was just 1 console LOL .

These went back on sale today and I managed to grab one (albeit £394.99). Comes Friday via DPD. I'll be F5'ing that tracking page like a boss.

Used that £7 credit towards AC4 as well which came to £39.09! :D

Sure it will be fine, I pre ordered mine the day of the announcement. Paid for it a couple of weeks ago. Shows as 'Processing' and an 'Order Date' of 17/11/2013 20:08:42

Every confidence it will arrive as promised on Friday. They have never let me down to be fair.

Fifa is still showing as pre order though, rather then processing
