Whos selling there ps3/360 once you have a next gen system?

Formatted the HD of my 360 today.

I will either be selling it or more likely (if I can sort something out!) donate it to a childrens hospital or charity.

you know I would not mind doing the same apart from mine got a dodgy disk try that gets stuck but I hear it might just be full of gunk and easy to fix.
 
I was always going to sell the PS3 but with the titles I have on PS+, it would be a huge shame not to have the console to play them on. The only game I have that's worth anything is GTA5 that I'm still playing.

Between Ps plus and games for gold I'l be having new games each month for each system, just did a quick count as well....have over 40 disc games unplayed...going to be a while before I think of retiring them!
 
Sold my 360 back in July after pre-ordering PS4.

Not getting rid of PS3 simply because it will be the blu-ray player and games console for the missus in front room.

PS4 is all mine!
 
keeping both the 360 and my ps3, to many games that i play both to get rid of, won't sign up for another 360 gold sub though
 
Was tempted to sell my 360 now I finished AC3, checked on Game's site and I'll get £50 trade in for it. Not worth it really :p
 
yep will be selling my ps3 slim , sold most of the games a couple of weeks ago and now only have gtav for it.

Cant see myself playing it after I have PS4 , so yesterday I deactivated it , restored everything to defaults and done a quick format.

I would have done a full format but 18 hours!!!!

hoarders logic - i paid £300 and i would only get £40 for it so i may as well just keep it in the attic for the next 50 years gathering dust.

anything i no longer have a use for or i know i will never use again, gets sold, thrown out or given to charity.

i would rather sell something for £10 than have it sitting in the attic doing nothing, it's not exactly going to to be enjoyed up there.

if i had a 360 though, i would keep it to use for sky player in a different room, i don't so my ps3 will be kept as a blu ray player until it dies in another room.

if i already had a blu ray player though, it would be getting sold on, it's not as if it's much hassle these days either, stick it on gumtree for cheap and it will be gone soon enough.

i just dont understand why people keep old consoles when they have no intention of ever using them again.

This is a great idea!, I wouldnt mind doing the same, any ideas how to go about this, is there somewhere you can send them to?
 
I'm still keeping at least one of my 360s, as Dark Souls 2 is coming in March. I've still got numerous 360 games as well that I want to keep hold of (stuff like Mass Effect, Fallout, Skyrim) that I know I could easily go back to in the future.

Funny you should ask that as I have found its quite hard to give something away - maybe more so that I would like to be safe in the knowledge that my 360 goes to some child(ren) who really need it and not swiped by someone.

I think my workplace does some work with childrens charities and such so I'm going to shake a few trees tomorrow :)

I used to love by the hoarders logic but no more, I need to be strong and not hoard stuff I will never use!
 
I just bought a mint white ps3 slim this week even though I'm getting a ps4 tomorrow. My little bro is hhaving my phat ps3. I got too many games I've kept and stuff will still keep coming on ps+ to get rid. The white ps3 slim is oh so sexy aswell.
