Best SSD for under £100

Looking to buy an SSD for under £100 and at least 256GB, any recommendations?

the closest i can think of is Crucial M500 240GB for around £120

Keep an eye on Black Friday, i got an M500 for £90 or something.

Members market but i dont think you would be able to use it as you probably dont meet the criteria.

I've been a member for a few years and I'm still no where near that. Maybe in another 6 years. Mind you, I could be dead by then so it won't matter..
Make sure you do buy a Large ssd. I bought a 128gb as I thought that was big enough, mind you so did umpteen others. Last month I had 56GB left on it, now because of MicroRubbish updates I only got 27GB left. I can see me going back to my 1TB HD.

This is what I did as well! Good deal on it and a good SSD.

TBH you will hardly notice any difference between the M500 or a Samsung 840.

Yes the samsung is faster and more expensive, but in real time, you wont notice it IMO.

Point Windows Explorer to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download and delete everything in it.
