Chances are the batteries are knackered by now after sitting charged for so long. If the atty doesn't heat up at all then it's either that or the coils are buggered. Either way, that kit is a bit of a dead end with that fitting. the 910 connector is a bit like the laserdisc in that it was in a battle for becoming the "standard" against the 510 fitting, which won.

Here's my knock off special, Magneto clone with Nimbus clone in 18650 mode, just got to grips with the nimbus coiling and it's chugging like a steam train now.

Yas, thanks for the liquid, tried it earlier and it's quite pleasant so thanks very much :)

I think I just got a bit carried away with it because in 5 days I went through loads of liquid at 12-18mg strength and was pretty much constantly chuffing on it.... prob about 7-10ml a day of 12-18mg liquids.... Last night I was lying on my bed with a bowl next to the bed hacking up yellow liquid with a nasty cough and also hallucinating slightly due to lack of sleep and nicotine overdose LOL...

So in conclusion there I think that when you are using 18mg a lot it does actually absorb a decent amount of nicotine, just you do not really notice it at the time like you would with a gum or a cig.... It sort of has a cumulative effect and I think if you chain vape with VG and 18mg you could quite easily overdose on nicotine... I am not sure using too much VG is a good idea because it is sort of syrupy and it seems to leave a coating on your tongue / throat / lungs.... This a) is a bit gross and b) if this coating has nicotine in it then you can overdose like I did I guess because it will gradually get into your system similar to if you put it on your skin... Also it does not feel good on the old throat / lungs... I am not convinced it is very safe to vape on high VG a lot due to the consistency of it and the way it leaves a coating on your tongue / throat / lungs...

I was definately having symptoms of nicotine overdose yesterday as well as the bad throat and cough etc. Definite vasoconstriction, cold shivers, headache, slight hullucinations etc. Not nice! Still do not feel particularly well today even after a nights sleep and not much vaping today! So todays lesson kids is do not chain vape 18mg high VG liquid constantly or you will end up coughing up yellow ****e and lying on your bed with symptoms of nicotine poisoning lol.

imo
compared to a single spring then very little improvement
compared to both springs then they require less force to activate the switch.
they also do not fire when the locking ring is unlocked and you have a heavy atty full of juice ontop.

@Jaffa_Far - Posted the magnets in a standard envelope, first class. However, after reading the Royal Mail prohibited goods list they are allowed IF packaged properly in 2cm packaging and a field strength that does not go over a certain threshold, so they may get pulled by Royal Mail as they are quite strong.:(

Thank you. I now owe you one. If I don't receive them, I'll shoot over some funds to cover the loss. Royal Mail may not even screen them as they will have tons of mail coming in for the Christmas period...

NirK, it's very hard to overdose on nicotine while vaping, I've gone through phases of chain vaping plenty of times. Do you have an addictive personality? 7-10ml is a LOT of liquid. 1.5-3ml is my range per day these days

e: Ordered a whole bunch of Joose Juice samplers, have been impressed with their juices so far for the price. I like the customisation options (nic, PG/VG ratio). They even let you tailor samples

Mm I did not realise how much I was using due to trying different flavours etc. and was assuming that only around 10-20% is actually absorbed, but 10ml of 18mg liquid is actually 180mg nicotine which could be a lethal dose....

Thinking about it I only got all this stuff 10 days ago and looking at all the empty / half 10ml bottles I have gone through wayyyyy too much of it!!... On my shelf I have 8 empty 10ml bottles and about 6 with at least 50% gone So that is at least 8ml a day of 12 or 18mg strength!

Going to try and stick to 5ml or less from now on because lots of nicotine and ****** lungs / throat is pretty unpleasant! They say that PG/VG is safe for inhalation, which it probably is.... But at very high quantities I think it is definitely not good for your lungs and throat, also makes you very dehydrated.... PG makes you very dehydrated with a painful throat and lots of VG I think could potentially be pretty dangerous due to the way it leaves a film on everything, also that film will be full of nicotine so you can get a gradual nicotine overdose like I did!

Yes I definitely have a problem with an addictive personality! Going to set myself a limit of 5ml per day max of 14mg liquid I think! Nicotine is one of those things that is nice in moderation but very unpleasant in overdose, sort of like coffee but worse.

I also noticed that if you vape too much it completely screws your tastebuds.... Yesterday everything tasted weird, even food, only things I could taste was vinegar and coffee! Seems to have gone away now though, I think this is what they call vapers tongue.

Vapours tounge usually refers to you becoming "immune" to a flavour if you vape it for too long. Changing flavour for a bit sorts that ;) I usually have an all day vape, like coffee or coconut, and mix it up in the evening with a brandy or citrus juice on my dripper :D

I think they are definitely better than Dekang and very cheap, but they are not as good as the Vapology ones I tried, some of the Steamgunk flavours were nice as well (although most were too sweet or too rich).

So far the best is easily vapology for quality but they cost twice as much as Joosejuice. Joose are good for the price but taste a bit artificial to me.... The delivery, service, price etc. are all excellent though and although they are not as nice as the more expensive ones they are very good value.

I am going to just get myself a DIY kit and mix it myself I think, now I have realised that the quality of liquid can vary from very nice to pretty much vile depending on how it is made... When I started I assumed it would all be similar. DIY seems like definitely the best option if you make the effort because not only is it much cheaper but also you can make it exactly how you want.

I could not taste much of anything, even the food I was eating tasted bad.... I think what we can learn from this is that vaping is good in moderation, but quite unpleasant if you do it too much!

@NirK getting through that quantity of juice in that mg is a lot.
I was on about 5-10 GV rollies a day and I get through about 1-3ml liquid of 9mg strength a day now.

If you want to try lots of flavours and get through that much liquid in a day then go for a much lower nicotine level like 6mg or something or buy a dipper so you can try different flavours small bits at a time!

Got my order of Five Pawns Gambit today and it's fantastic stuff. Bit pricey at 23 quid mind.

Heard about their stuff in a PBusardo video. But the price is  even if you go through group buys.:(

@Scorch - Pic showing how much gap these ebay magnets leave.

@Jaffa_Far - If they get confiscated by RM then there is no need to cover any loss. The problem isn't screening, but the field strength of the magnets which will stick to anything metal. I held a spoon next to the envelope from a cm away and it managed to attach to the envelope lol

Its easier to have too much with vaping because if you are sat watching TV or whatever it is easy to just keep chaffing on it without even realising you are doing it, whereas for example cigarettes go out after 20 puffs and you can tell instantly if you have had too much because of the headrush etc. Vaping seems to build up in your system gradually and stay around longer, my theory is that this is due to high VG / nicotine liquid coating your throat / lungs etc. and gradually being absorbed, not sure if that is correct but I noticed that smoking higher VG with 18mg nicotine seems to do this.

So it's stuck to the first chute it came across :D

Ok thanks for the advice I think I might just bin it then and get something more current
