GTX 670 STOCK BF4 performance

Regarding the CPU, that could well make a difference, although I'd imagine it's the hyperthreading that would help as much as the clock increase if BF4 runs ok on AMD CPUs.

CPU makes a huge difference.

40-50 on ultra sounds about right with an i7, but an i5 is not going to cope as well.
 
Well guys results are in!

Everything on ultra except for effects (thats set to high)
2XAA and FXAA set to low i get 70FPS :) Occasional drops to 50FPS but still an extremely playable frame rate! Quite chuffed with my little system :)

I have almost the same set up.

Im running a WF 670 and play max settings at 1920x1200p
 
Oh Yes, I forgot to mention i play at 1920x1200 too, that would have helped in the ops initial question, duh.

Anyway stev1212 glad your happy with the card.

now overclock your card and do it properly, why use FXAA with MSAA? turn that FX off it just makes things blur anyway.

what resolution scale are you using? try playing around with it.

If i overclock it i will melt my PC! It's only a shuttle PC i built for the lulz :P

What do you mean res scale? I play at 1080p :)
