***The Official Battlefield 4 Thread***

That's it, im done I think this is just a waste of my time, theirs just too much wrong with this and what gameplay I do get makes absolutely no sense.

Crashing on every single game now and having to waste to much time finding a game to join.
Some real incompetence has gone into making this, and the fact a single 10min game would show all the problems up speaks volumes from how little they even look at their own game.

You just seem to be really unlucky, it's only
Crashed on me twice and I'm always able to find
A game. My sound does cut out a lot though....
 
Mine was also a crash fest so I traded it. Annoying really as I bought premium for it as well, so a massive amount of money wasted.
 
I'm getting crashes to XMB nearly every game it's getting a joke.

I think I will request a refund and try again in a few months when the game is actually playable.

I'm not up to date with it, but supposedly there is an imminent patch for xb1 to fix a lot of the problems.

Here's to hoping....I haven't booted the game up since losing my campaign save, 2 missions from completion on hardest difficulty, gutted :(
 
Haven't played BF4 on 360 for 2/3 weeks because of the crashing that was going on; just got fed up of it. Thought i'd have a go last night and saw there'd been 3 multiplayer updates so downloaded them....lo and behold the game is now playable!

Played about 5 games with no crashes and actually had some fun! :)
 
I dont put any faith in patches from Dice, that means nothing to me as they let BF3 rot most of the time and never fixed the sound issues to it years after its release.

I'd have thought that they haven't sold many premium packs due to the problems. There must be an incentive to fix the current issues so they can start to push premium on people. I for one will be waiting and if they address the issues, I'll invest, but not before.
 
So guys for all its faults, is this game worth having on the PS4 - is there a fair few on the PS4 playing it from here? Would likely end up trying to join in if thats ok :)

More than likely but it needs some big fixes though, so probably a few months minimum. DICE are running the risk of having people like me jumping ship to the new IPs such as titanfall, so really need to fix sooner rather than later!

Cant comment specifically on the PS4, but this game is worth having, despite its bugs. It will only get better.

I have only crashed to dashboard 3 times since I got it on launch day.
 
I enjoy the game but I have yet to be in a team that
1. communicate
2. play it how it is supposed to be played
3. consists of any of my friends list

:p
