7 HDMI in and 2 HDMI out for £450 ?!??! Silly spec these days. I had to go for a £1k model 2 years ago to get something with 6 HDMI in and 2 HDMI out.

Tha H/K one only had 3 and i've got like 6 HDMI devices so it's great having them all plugged in. Also now when i want 3D i don't have to plug straight into the tv and use optical.

I thought 6 was plenty...(technically I have 7 but one of them is at the front)

Everything is HDMI now so with Bluray, couple of Consoles, a NAS media player, your computer, Sky TV etc, it's quickly used up !

Replaced my Harman Kardon AVR 255 with this new Sony STR-DN1040 so far so good, sounds awesaome.

Nice mate, but that looks tight for cooling, mine is slightly larger gap not by much, even the AV amp has a fan just hard to get that hot air away so i bought a usb fan to push the hot stuff away.

Needed a new car for the incoming baby.
Never had an American car, so picked this new one up.
300 w/ 5.7L V8 Hemi (363bhp <- the non-sensible part of my decision)
Mainly bought it because of the interior (leather seats, 8.2" touch screen fully loaded etc).
Very happy so far :) (RWD in this weather :D)

That's the 1st decent looking American car i've seen in a while, congrats. :)

Yeah, the H/K one was longer but not as tall, plenty of room at the side, not much on top. I'm moving soon so it will be better in a month or 2.

Needs more Heisenberg.

;) :p :D

Nice car though.

Just ordered one of these. Is it any good ? I'm expecting delivery later this week.

Very nice. Browsing seems more comfortable then on my Nexus 7 2013.

Initially it seems quick and well made, with a nice feel to the back.

However I'm not 100% sure about my screen yet, it seems a bit over saturated or something. Its just slightly off.

Not sure if it needs calibrating, or I should open another one to see if its better.

Sounds good I currently have a 2013 Nexus but cannot get on with it. Shame about the screen can it be adjusted ?

Did you have any vouchers for Dell I could not get any to work so just paid the full £286..

Does the Micro sd card slot work on yours. I have read a few things saying it does not work ?

No vouchers, had to pay full price.

To be clear the screen is good, I think if I calibrate it will fix the slight issue.

I'm directly comparing it to a Surface Pro 2 which has the best display ever, so I'm being hard on it.

Fair enough. Mine is shipping today so should be here in the next few days.

Transferred the money to the solicitor yesterday. Looking to exchange mid to late January :D

Huge double fridge in the middle of the kitchen, which we will remove.

The conservatory is connected to the lounge. Makes the lounge feel more bigger, a really nice feature.

Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of the bedrooms, bathroom, the hall or the outside storage areas/coal house.

Productivity or procrastination?

I was always lead to believe the two had a somewhat symbiotic relationship....

But seriously on the third year of a Mech Eng degree and constantly at the Uni buildings with no where to get work done, this is nice and small enough to carry and have on me when I'm in so hopefully work rate will increase!
