Just rang Playstation support regarding peeling thumbstick. They basically said there was nothing they could do other than me send the controller in for them to inspect which would take over a week. They class it as wear and tear. So I've requested a call back from the supervisor as this is BS basically. week old console, wear and tear my foot! Will keep this updated.
Ps the guy I spoke to didn't even know this was a big problem for many users :S He googled it and was quite surprised and agreed with me then that it was not acceptable.

Thats rubbish service, hopefully get better luck with the supervisor, though I suspect theyll still want you to send it back first before they issue a replacement - seems standard practise...

Strange question to ask here but, when I login in to my PS4 it shows me with my facebook name (my actually name etc) and with my Facebook Profile Pic as thats how I set it up so I can post videos etc straight to my Facebook.
Is this how people see me online in PSN?
Its just that most people, gaming buddys etc especially from here only know me as Deathjumps?

You can set it to use either your real name or PSN name in the options.

People have to request your real name to see that + profile picture
So I should put it back to the Old way then??

Has to be requested last I checked, try adding me (GZ-Zero, I have no one else on my list playing PS4 so I won't be lonely
), it won't show my real name/picture but you can send another request after the friend request is accepted.

I just added you and it found you under GZ-Zero, have you yours set up under your Facebook too?
Also let me know if it comes up as Friend request from Deathjumps or Jonny McCosker.
Yeah it's showing your PSN id for me, I'd have to send a name request to get the FB details so I think you're good
Yea mine is setup to use my name/photo from facebook.

Just another querie guys, is it worth me ringing asda where I got the PS4 from to see if I can extend the warranty for the PS4? or is the 1 year plus customer rights, sales act thingy suffiecient? At the time of purchase I didn't really think of taking extra out, but it kind of nags at me thinking what if, what if it died after a year etc.
