Anyone had a childhood girlfriend who you never got over?

It was November 5th 1978 and I am not quite 12 years old.
I asked my mate to ask the girl I liked to go out with me. She did.

I wonder what she looks like now a days.

She looks much the same, only older of cause.

We starting living together in 1988. Married in 2001.
