Anyone buy Xbox One, but wish they bought PS4?

I know this is turning in to a console war thread but better exclusives on the PS4? That's the one thing PS4 doesn't have over the Xbox1

take it you have never heard of gran turismo? not out yet but the developer has said they are looking to release one within a year or two they won't make the mistakes they made with the ps3 this time round with like a 10 year wait between games.

plenty of zombie games will be getting launched too, a la resident evil series, etc, and im pretty sure tiger woods or whatever it is called these days will be on ps4 as well as xb1.

the only thing letting the ps4 down is lack of games and sure that is a problem for a games console, but the main ones are all out and the big games are hitting it soon enough.

watch dogs is going to be insane if they make use of the ps4's extra power.

as for PSN+ being a rental service, you could look it that way or look at it as being £30 a year for a **** load of games plus online play.

you guys must spend more than £30 a year on 1 game, so why not spend £30 a year on like 50+? it's like netflix for games but only costs like £2.50 a month.

Do you even read what people write before you launch into telling us how we should all feel? He said he is glad he got the Xbox first as it currently has the games he wants to play, not that PS4 will never ever ever never have these types of games.

Maybe I'll get one when and if those games get announced. As of yet none of those games even exist except 1 screenshot of tiger woods which is early in development and is a multiplat.

No regrets at all as the vast majority of my buddies and colleagues have an XB1.
If they'd all gotten PS4's, I've of gone that route.

My only gripe is how large the console is, it's a bit of a nightmare when I want to take my console to friends houses!

Will pick up a PS4 in a few months for the exclusives so problem solved :p

I bought both, and sold the Xbox a week after I got the PS4. Just prefered the PS4 pad and interface.

The PS4 has similar, you can press the Share button on the DS4 and scroll back through your gameplay and upload what you want. Not quite as seamless as the Xbox command, but it does the same job.
How does it know when you wanted it started though? I thought it just showed you x amount of minutes up until you say that command?

It always records the last 15mins of gameplay, so you press then button and then can cut it down after.

No chance, the PS4 has nothing over the xbox one at the moment in terms of games, sure slightly better resolution on a couple of multi platforms but the exclusives far outweigh that right now, Sony dropped the ball with the launch lineup, there are no killer apps for it yet to make me want it over the xbox, the opposite of what I expected.

Looking forward to next year though when it have some games worth buying the system for other than multi platform titles.

I think buying any console is a bit of an error at the moment. I went with the Xbox One, but realistically I'll only be playing Forza 5 until next year, nothing is really going to interest me. As for the PS4, the only game I'm interested in is Resogun, weirdly enough.

I do have a touch of buyers remorse but I'd have felt even worse if I'd have bought the PS4. I'm a big Sony fan otherwise, and I will get a PS4 when there's a few games I fancy.

Best of both worlds really.

Constantly records up to 15 minutes in one block, but you can trigger it to start recording from scratch whenever you like.

Mine is set to take screen shot with one press, or double press starts recording video. Very handy.

I don't know why anyone would have buyers remorse for either console, their gonna last ya about 5-6 years if they don't RROD.

For the cost, both consoles offer value for money considering how long they stay relevant. In terms of console VS consoles, I much prefer the PS4, The Xbone just seems to current gen for me to consider buying one myself. Whereas the PS4 has that next gen feel with the stunning Killzone and superior versions of some multiplats and Black Flag in particular, which is gorgeous on PS4.

I do think the games will improve on Xbone with time, and there is always the power of the cloud which Microsoft keep touting about. So yeah all in all either console will serve you well for the next 5-6+ years. Nothng to have buyers remorse over imho, graphics cards are things to have buyers remorse over, outdated every year :p
