Calorie Intake Today

Easily over 5k yesterday.

I went for a run this afternoon and vomited at 8k though so probably in deficit today, at least so far ;)

I figure Christmas is the time of year to give yourself a break and indulge a bit. Besides, I have a lot of chocolate to eat courtesy of secret santa!

I didn't over eat in the slightest. Small dinner plus Christmas pud.

But the booze must have pushed the calories up, 4 pints of lager 2 bottles of white wine and 1 red.

lol it's funny because people use christmas day as an excuse to eat whatever they want to eat, they can eat a ton of food and it's okay cause it's Christmas.

I DO THAT EVERY SINGLE DAY. Every meal I eat as much as I want, of whatever I want to eat. Everyday is christmas when it comes to food types and quantities. I'm slim as a greyhound.

Never eat anything in regret.

I haven't eaten yet. I have no idea what I drank from 00:00 to 08:00, I then slept for most of today.

I have a real craving for a tuna nicoise salad.

But I don't know how many calories. Thousands?
 
Until the end of the year my diet has gone to s***!

Then need to get training for Cycling time Trials starting March and my London-Paris 24 charity ride in July.

Can't go too mad as just spent £300+ on clothes as my other were too big!!! lol
 
I cant eat any where near the amount i should be any more since a botched op at hospital

I should have at least fitted in 5-6k calories, reckon i managed about 3k max :(

Well then you're quite obviously magic because your body doesn't process kcals like anyone else so you don't put on weight because it's all magic vegan food.
