Calorie Intake Today

I don't think I've exceeded my "recommended" 2500 daily calorie intake, but pretty sure I've had at least triple the amount of sugar and saturates that I should have the last 3 days :p

Doubt whether I've gone much over 2500 the last few days. I just don't have a big appetite, never really have. Didn't drink much on Xmas day either.

lol it's funny because people use christmas day as an excuse to eat whatever they want to eat, they can eat a ton of food and it's okay cause it's Christmas.

I DO THAT EVERY SINGLE DAY. Every meal I eat as much as I want, of whatever I want to eat. Everyday is christmas when it comes to food types and quantities. I'm slim as a greyhound.

Never eat anything in regret.

:)

Well then you're quite obviously magic because your body doesn't process kcals like anyone else so you don't put on weight because it's all magic vegan food.
NO!

Could just be ectomorphic. But people store fat differently so it's not really accurate [or fair] to tell people they should eat whatever they like. That's clearly not the case.

NO!

Not magic vegan food just raw whole foods, low fat no oil. I get my 10% fat (double the recommended) from fatty foods like avocados or an accumulation of bananas.

I am an ectomorphic but I'm still capable of getting a food baby. I was one of those skinny fat guys. Eat whatever you like as long as it's fruit and veg (starch is a great backup plan), what we are meant to eat. Fruit and veg cause no epidemic obesity. Bacon, eggs and lard on beef steak is the solution for the heart disease epidemic?

Calories from SIMPLE SUGARS = LEAN LONGTERM! :)

I think you'll find the recommended fat intake is round 20-30% of the daily dietary intake,

This is of course mixed between saturated, MUFA & PUFA

A diet of around 10% would be for the majority of people unpalatable and extremely hard to adhere to.

He said 10% was double the recommended, so he's under the impression that 5% is the right amount of fat to eat.

Which seems nigh on impossible. Probably one of those people who thinks that fat is bad for you. Or that fat makes you fat.

I've seen better information in those god awful "top 10 ways to achieve x, y & z" blogs. Can anyone direct him to the area of proper research done by proper scientists. Its already getting boring.

Just needs banning, he's blatantly trolling, especially when he posts gifs of monkeys eating bananas and getting banana in to pretty much every thread he posts in.

I dont know I probably did around 3000 calories in booze yesterday...

Today I have not eaten to much but will do around 800 calories in beer and 2000 in a pizza I have on order nomnom

Over a period of 3 days (Christmas eve, Christmas and Boxing Day) my average calorie intake was only about 3,200 per day. Which isn't a huge amount more than I normally eat.
