Is this just Steam Sale cards or anyone willing to trade some game cards for the sale cards? As I don't see me getting a full set from the voting alone, and they will vanish on the 3rd.

Cant trade access be unblocked,, somewhere in the options otherwise it wont allow unless adding to friends list, etc which is slower
